MODEL FOR DETERMINING THE DIGGING FORCE AT EXCAVATION THE PLASTICITY WATERLOGGED SOILS

Abstract.

The article is aimed to development of the new method of workloads calculation at excavation of plasticity waterlogged soils with the bucket working tools. Relevance of this subject is caused by requirement of improving the methods of workloads calculation with taking into account the features of underwater soils properties. The proposed method is based on the Bingam-Shvedov rheological model of soil. Studying of digging process at excavating the waterlogged soils allowed offering the model of bucket filling process. The notions of the ultimate bucket filling condition and the ultimate bucket filling parameters are introduced. The mathematical model for defining of the bucket filling force at digging the plasticity waterlogged soils is given. The offered method allows improving the accuracy of forecasting workloads on a bucket working tools at the development of underwater mineral deposits.
