NEW RESOURCE- AND ENERGY-SAVING TECHNOLOGY OF ORE DESINTEGRATION IN BALL MILLS WITH RUBBER LINING

Abstract.

The main tendencies of development of designs of ore-grinding mills such as increasing the diameter of the drum, reducing speed, increasing the durability and reliability of all components and parts of tumbling mills are considered. The special role of the rubber lining in the mills is presented. A consistent pattern of rubber lining wave wear during its interaction with inner mill loading is described. The basic components of the new resource- and energy-saving technology of ore grinding in ball mills are considered.
