Abstract. The questions of labour protection in oil and gas industry are regulated by a plenty of normatively-rightful documents. Many of them became antiquated and need the re-examination, some, very necessary, are absent quite, or exist in projects only.

The questions of labour protection during exploitation of diversion pipelines are important. The normatively-rightful documents NPAOP 60.3-1.01-10 «Rule of safe exploitation of diversion gas pipelines» and NPAOP 11.1-1.01-08 «Rules of safety in oil and gas extractive industry» became antiquated and need the re-examination. Law of Ukraine «About industrial safety», which must be directed on co-ordination all questions of labour protection, is not accepted until now, including in gas-extractive industry. It is suggested to adopt the State standard on the questions of lengthening term of safe exploitation of diversion gas pipelines.

It is suggested to make alterations in the proper positions of two normative documents of gas industry of Ukraine, touching the increase safety of labour at repair of diversion gas pipelines with the use for prevention hatch of gas into atmosphere of mobile gas-transportation aggregates over.

Keywords: normatively-rightful documents, labour protection, diversion pipeline, mobile gas-transportation aggregates.
