Abstract.

The article considers effects of material physical nonlinearity depending on degree of rubber filling. It is determined that mechanical characteristics of the filled rubbers should be calculated by hysteresis loops and phase shift of the sinusoidal curves «strain-load». Experimental studies have confirmed dependence between rubber mechanical properties and degree of rubber filled with carbon.

It is established that when rubber is filled by less than 20 wt. h., growth of the shear modulus is weak and linear, and when rubber is filled by more than 20 wt. h. increase becomes non-linear and stronger. Thus, for filled rubbers, the most appropriate is to apply the Rabotnov kernel.

In order to specify basic rheological properties of the filled rubbers it is necessary first to obtain experimental hysteresis loops and instant modules and then, after mathematical processing of the experimental results, the basic rheological properties of the filled rubbers are determined.
