CALCULATION OF DURABILITY OF RUBBER BUFFER SHOCK ABSORBER IN HEAVY MINING VIBRATORY FEEDERS

Abstract.

Methods are presented for predicting durability of the local metal-rubber vibration isolators, which are widely used in systems of vibroprotection and amortization in various mining and mining metallurgical machinery (mixers, pelletizers, crushers, vibrating feeders, etc.). Energy criterion of a dissipative type and an entropic criterion are used. Examples of calculating elastic suspensions in vibrating feeders used for uranium-bearing ore production and delivery are considered. In particular, an example is given for calculating such elements of elastic suspension in vibrating feeder VPR-4m as metal-rubber elements of the VRM type and buffer shock absorbers .
