Annotation.

Mechanism of filtration processes in the rocks occurred at applying hydraulic shock on the stream of liquid injected into the coal layer is explained in this work. This mechanism can be used for improving liquid injection into the layer when the layer is in the process of hydraulic loosening. A model of this mechanism allows to determine conditions for loosening a face area of the layer and parameters for effective watering of the coal mass at implementation of measures against outburst. Dependence of porosity changes in the process of cyclic loading of the coal mass due to accumulated coal disturbances is presented. It is shown that coal porosity and permeability increase monotonically up to a certain size at increasing number of cycles of the shock loading, and average total flow of liquid injected into the coal mass increases with grown number of cycles of the shock loading.
