Abstract.

Interaction are consider are elastic-hereditary strongly dissipation environment with extremely-saturat diphasic stream. The equation of balance of a stream are t over in the form of Pohl-Velikanov, and distribution of puls values of speeds in the form of normal distribution of Gauss. With reference to a rubber lining of a tumbling mill the equation for probable speed of change of height of plates of lining on time are receiv. It are consider features of collapse of a rubber lining in a context of the phenomena of the determin chaos and some laws of movement of loading in a barrel of a mill.
