Abstract.
Solved an actual problem of increasing safety of work facing the developers of the
new compressor equipment and technology of the application of it in the mining of natural hydro-
carbons deposits.
Developed plant nitrogen membrane screw mobile AMVP to isolate the fire zone of coal mines,
fire suppression in the horizontal deadlock workings for blasting operations in the mine workings to
create an inert environment at the place of the explosion, to prevent endogenous fires in clusters of
coal, which formed as a result of sudden emissions.
Designed the installation of the UKG intended for utilization of coal mine gas-sponding the ac-
tion and closed mines through burning it in a special chamber and prevent this release of harmful
greenhouse gas - methane or supply equipment for the energy use (electricity generation and heat).
Nitrogen membrane designed station SDA, which is widely used in the composition of plants
and preparation of hydrocarbons compression and pumping systems to improve the safety of the
process of oil and gas production and pneumatic tests involving the use of gas as a working medium
of the inert gas nitrogen.
Application of the new compressor equipment: stations Nitrogen membrane screw mobile
AMVP processes of coal for the prevention and suppression of underground fires, gas compressor
units utilizing the UKG for SDA and prevent its explosions, nitrogen compressor stations at the
SDA drilling, development, intensification, and maintenance of gas oil wells, opening the product
gas reservoirs in the complex allows to solve the problem of security in the development of hydro-
carbon deposits.
