HOW FORM OF SECTION OF THE BOX-SHAPED GUIDES IN THE SHAFT STIFF EQUIPMENT IMPACTS ON THE CAGE PERMISSIBLE SPEED

Abstract:

Shaft stiff equipment with the welded box-shaped guides is associated with a number of negative phenomena such as corrosion and mechanical wear of the guides and, in particular, opening of the welded joints in the process of mine hoister operation. Today, means of production can produce a solid-rolled guide with no joints and with rounded corners. The guide rounded corners reduce contact area between side surfaces of the leading device and the guide. The article describes and analyzes feasibility of using the solid-rolled box-shaped guides instead of welded box-shaped guides in conditions of real gage widening in the active vertical mine shaft with taking into account dynamic deflection of the guides due to interaction with the cage.
