Abstract.
The questions of the design of reserves of coal and highlights forecast for designing future as a resource for the modern, and the necessary scientifically based proposals. Disassembled design patterns within this administration "under chaos" and folded assumed as part of the design.
The proposed large projects to implement radical structural rearrangements of the country necessary for its long-term effective development.
We characterize underground mining methods with complex combinations of solutions, called conflicting goals and cooperation between the regulatory framework and implementation plan with a restriction based on the natural geological conditions of field development without violating the SDS. The selected design direction harmonious, efficient and safe mining operations. The systematization of approaches, methods and techniques for the design and planning of mining operations at new horizons coal mines. A final program for the design of coal mines.
