Abstract. This article presents an approximation and identification of experimental research results of how rock properties and mode and design parameters of the vibrating roller classifieraffect the classifier productivity. The affecting factors include such mode parameters of roller vibrating classifier as exciter angular frequency and specific load of material per unit area of the screening surfaces, such design parameters as the tilt angle and the gap between the rollers, such properties of the rock as moisture content and bulk density. The research makes it possible to obtain regression dependencies between productivity of vibrating roller classifier and different variable parameters, which can simplify configuring of the mining machine for the specifically defined purposes of mineral processing.
