THE MATHEMATICAL MODEL FOR STUDYING PERFORMANCE PROPERTIES OF THE MINE DUMP TRUCKS WITH HYDROMECHANICAL TRANSMISSION

Abstract. Taking into consideration distribution of global park of the mine dump trucks by type of transmission, subject of this research is vehicles equipped with hydromechanical transmission. Basing on analysis of existing researches, and taking into account specific operation of these machines (very complex, specific, road/traffic and climatic conditions at different locations, with constant traffic of the rock transportation within one enterprise during the whole service life), a ma-thematical model of improved traffic of the trucks was formed. This new approach to modeling op-erational properties - using of empirical coefficient of steadying effect and instantaneous consump-tion of the fuel - can be used for determining and validating rational parameters of the system "en-gine-transmission" depending on specific operating conditions.
