TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS OF THE INGOK COMPANY’S BY QUARRYING THE INGULETSKY DEPOSIT WITHIN THE BORDERS OF THE LICENSED AREA

Abstract. The article describes peculiarities of the InGOK open pit designing and described of technical solutions of the InGOK Company’s quarrying the Ingulets deposit within the borders of the licensed area. A brief history of the enterprise designing and current state of quarry mining op-erations are presented. In the article, transportation scheme is analyzed: development of the tract system by cyclic-flow technology, use of railway transport and arrangement of transfer points. Pos-sibility to increment the deposits reserves with the help of increasing angles of eastern and south-eastern pit walls in the thickness of the drift rocks and by relocating the rectification channel of the Ingulets river is analyzed. Parameters of the waste dump №5 are analyzed. The adverse factors, which complicate the field development, are described. Conclusions on further functioning of the InGOK quarry till the end of the mining works are made.
