Abstract. Two original schemes of vibrator are investigate: the hard eccentric drive with an ine-rtia element and analogical with additional resilient connection. Differential equations of motion are compute, which are reduce to a convenient form for numerical solution. The amplitude and power characteristics are plotted. The amplitude values of the oscillations of the executive body of the sys-tem with inertial loads and the inertial hard - eccentric actuator without the elastic element are iden-tical. The obtained data have been compare with the same for equivalent inertial drive. The decline of peak values of efforts operating on the bearing knots of inertia-eccentric vibrators. Also decline of losses of friction energy on a in the bearing knots of drive up to 30-40 % is shown. In inertia-ec-centric vibrators, in addition, during work in a super resonance zone, a transition is considerably facilitate through resonance at starting and stop of machine.

Keywords: vibrators, inertia-eccentric, imbalance, calculation, amplitude, effort in a drive, comparison.
