Abstract.

The actual problem of the necessity resource-saving conveyor drifts support for reuse in a difficult mining and geological conditions using combined (cable and steel-polymer) anchor systems is substantiated. This will make it possible to form in very weak roof rocks an reinforced bearing plate of high load-carrying capability, which reduce vertical and oblique loads on the support system and decrease the floor and roof rock stress, as a result, it will lead to the limitation of support deformation and floor heaving intensity. The technique of computational experiment with sequential modeling of the rock massif state and support system (frame and bearing anchoring, central and side reinforcement supports) is given. The strength and deformation characteristics of lithotypes with weaken factors (fracturing, layering and weak adhesion between layers) are taken into account. The analysis of the computational experiments results on the finite-element method of stress-strain state of different (basic and recommended) supporting and protected systems of reusable workings is described and in a very difficult mining and geological conditions of their maintenance, the load on all the load-carrying elements of the supporting and protected structures consisting of: support STUL, support-anchor, combined anchor system in the roof, central compliant hydro-posts and side racks of reinforcement, as well as close to the protected production of breaker props reduced and amounts to 45‑86 % of the value of the base case is determined. The sizes of softening areas around the drifts are carried out in two stages (outside and in the zone of longwall operation influences). The geomechanical model for drift maintaining behind the longwall face is substantiated, and its stress-strain state is calculated and analyzed. The effectiveness of cable anchors use for restriction of process stratification in a difficult mining and geological conditions is investigated.
