For the ground of parameters of supports of the capital mine workings erected in slightly-metamorphized rocks, conformities to law of change of parameters of different parties of displays of mine pressure are studied in the mіne workings. The metal arch and metal-concrete supports with or without hardening of rocks are used for providing stability of the workings constructed in weakly metamorphosed rocks. The support design parameters are justified by regulatory methods, which are unacceptable for the conditions of weakly metamorphosed rocks. In order to justify parameters of the working supports constructed in slightly metamorphosed rocks, regularities of the manifestation of the following main rock pressure features were studied: buckling of the roof and floor rocks, landslides of roof rocks, reactive resistance of supports to the shifting rocks, with and without consideration of the rock hardening with water-cement mortars and anchors. Interrelations and proportionalities of geomechanical and technical parameters of the rock-support systems were established. Based on the provisions of continuum mechanics and experimentally established patterns, an empirical-analytical method was developed for determining a bearing capacity of the zone of inelastic deformations, with and without hardening of the rock contour. Through the engineering research, a mathematical model of the arch frame bearing capacity was developed, which took into account a complex of the type of special profile, cross-sectional area of the working, rigidity of the frame and type of load on the arch. Influence of the time of the rock contour strengthening on geomechanical parameters of the rock support systems was experimentally studied, and it is for the first time when a theoretical conclusion about the possibility of ensuring stability of the workings by using the bearing capacity of the hardened contour without the use of traditional supports as supporting structures is confirmed. Loads on the working supports were validated with taking into account the key influencing natural and technical factors. On the basis of the research results, the following was developed: standard design and technical specifications for yielding arch and tent supports and special mine profiles SVP, as well as new rock supports.
