RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF DESIGNS FOR DYNAMIC VIBRATION DAMPER IN THE SKIP-SHAFT EQUIPMENT SYSTEM

Annotation. 

The vertical shafts of mine enterprises behave to the basic workings of mine, the term of exploitation of which is counted on all term of service of mine and on the period of its removal from exploitation. For providing of the directed motion of vessels in a  shafts they equips by the equipment of  different types. Hard equipment  consists of vertical explorers and horizontal shooting with the step of tiers 4-5 м on the depth of shaft and is reliable and lasting. In the work, various designs of equipment for the vertical shaft were studied, their advantages and shortcomings were analyzed, ways of their improvement were determined, and designs of dynamic vibration dampers for use in the skip-shaft equipment system were developed, which are based  on the inertial pendulum dampers with rubber shock absorbers equipped with hydraulic cylinders (pneumatic cylinders) for better vibration damping. Research and implementation of these designs of dynamic dampers for rigid, flexible and cable-profile shaft equipment will significantly reduce the level of dynamic loading in the skip-shaft equipment system and will provide: higher speed and better lifting capacity of the skips;  longer overhaul life of the shaft equipment;  reduced capital costs of the shaft construction due to the smaller diameter of the shaft (in comparison with flexible shaft equipment);  easier maintenance and repair; a significantly less metal consumption in comparison with the rigid equipment of the shafts; better damping properties of the shaft equipment through the use of dampers and hydraulic cylinders; improved reliability and safety of the shaft equipment operation. The development and implementation of designs of dynamic dampers for lifting skips moving in the cable-profile shaft equipment will increase performance of the shaft and the entire hoisting complex as a whole.
