RESEARCH OF SPEED OF THE ROCK PARTICLE SEPARATION FROM THE SURFACE OF VIBRATING TRAYS IN ZONE OF VIBRO-AERODYNAMIC FORCE ACTION

Abstract. The paper presents new dependencies for defining velocity of material particle separation from the surface of vibrating tray in zone of vibration and aerodynamic forces action. A mathematical model of material particle motion along inclined vibrating surface was built by using basic assumptions of classical mechanics, aerodynamics and theory of vibration displacement. Characteristic features of the rock particle displacement were defined at vibro-aerodynamic method of feeding the particles to the pneumotransporter with annular ejector. The paper presents a new method for describing the process of material particle separation from inclined vibrating surface with the help of air flow ejected from the atmosphere. Ratios were obtained for determining magnitude and direction of the rock particle separation from the surface of vibrating trays depending on nature of vibration and aerodynamic forces action. Taking into account aerodynamic properties of the rock particles and structural characteristic of vibrating trays provides improved accuracy of model of rock moving on the vibro-pneumatic transporters. The results obtained can be used for calculating and designing various pneumatic stowing machines with the annular ejector for mining technologies.
