DEPENDENCE OF CHANGE WORKFLOW SETTINGS PLAYGROUNDS IN APPLYING THE MECHANISM OF CHANGES CENTER OF MASS IN THE PIT DUMP TRUCKS

Abstract.

The article presents analysis of plan of the mining operations and passport of the winning operations in the Pervomaisky Opencast Mine, SevGok Production Company; the analysis shows that the Mine uses ring and dead-ended schemes for the pit dump trucks maneuvering. Parameters of the working floors were calculated depending on the width of the excavator bench and schemes for the pit dump trucks maneuvering in the dead-end face with standard and narrow benches. It is shown that in the narrow faces a problem of maneuvering is a strong business case because width of the bench is less than radius of the truck turn. It is proposed to solve the problem of the truck maneuvering in the working floors with the help of improved design of the pit dump trucks БелАЗ-7512.

Results of the study showed that at the improved axle spacing radius of the truck turn decreases by 23.1% allowing to decrease area of the working floor by 7% at the dead-ended scheme and by 14.5% at the ring scheme of the truck turn in the narrow faces.
