SPECIFICITY OF THE AIR MIXTURE FLOWING IN THE FEED SECTOR OF THE VIBRO-PNEUMATIC TRANSPORT SYSTEMS WITH ANNULAR EJECTORS

Abstract.
This article studies parameters and modes of air mixture flowing in the feedsector of pipeline systems in the pneumatic transport with annular ejector.
Defining characteristics of interaction between air flows in the mixing sector of the annular ejector are shown. Synchronous and asynchronous modes of air mixture motion in the feedsector of the vibro-pneumatic transport systems with an annular ejector is analyzed. Dependence was established for determining coefficient of kinetic energy dispersion of the air mixture with taking into account technological and operational parameters of this type equipment.
This article proposes a new approach for determining energy losses in different parts of the feedsector of the vibro-pneumatic transport systems with an annular ejector. Impact of the different modes of air mixture flowing in the feedsector of the vibro-pneumatic ejector-type transport systems on the energy loss of the air streams is shown.
The findings can be used for calculating and designing feeding equipment for the pneumatic pipeline systems including equipment for pneumatic stowing of the mine goaf.
