Abstract.
Developed a high-pressure compressor unit for the thermal gas impact on the oil bed with hard recoverable reserves, including air compressors of the first and second stages of compression, a cooler, drier and instrumentation. The unit has a block-container structure and includes a some of high-pressure compressor module block-container type with systems of technological and functional software.
Volume performance of unit BKU-20/35 U1 for thermal gas impact on the oil bed through the air reduced to the initial conditions (at 2 working compressors) is 20 m3/min, the final excess air pressure - 35 MPa, and the power consumed by unit BKU does not exceed 400 kW. Technology thermal gas impact with the use of compressor units BKU 20/35 implemented on Vishansk oilfield of RUP "PE "BELORUSNEFT". When applying the method of thermal gas impact to the oil bed the recovery factor reached 75 %, with middle bed pressure of 26,000 kPa.
