Abstract.

Thoroughly shows the feasibility of retrofitting special emergency support conventional wheel bearing engine that not only brings it in low emissions and cross to the properties of caterpillar bearing engine, but also provides a safety movement at the damage. In a static radial loading model of wheel bearing engine with emergency support is defined that for the same dimensions and pressure on construction depends significantly influences from the volume of the tire`s cavity, and its running part needs search of protection to be used after the accident.

The complex nature of structural dependency of wheel bearing engine manifestation is the result of interaction between its components, for analyzing of which was proposed a system of "support-tire-sheet." Common to the system is that static radial loading is performed by compression, and objects are unpneumatic components. According to established experimental structural dependencies was made forecast for change the indicator of static radius for each object and model of wheel bearing engine with emergency support in general for the conventional limitations of the system. When looking for an acceptable material to create an emergency support it is expedient to rely on established structural dependencies under static compression, but perceived as primary data for further research hard-elastic properties taking into account their gradual changes influenced by many factors acting simultaneously.
