Abstract.
Location of buildings on disk plow frame is analytically grounded in the paper based on the sustainability performance of the process by changing the setting angles to the direction of drive and vertical. Research is based on the fact that the surface of the disk is formed by the movement in space of curvilinear generatrix, that allows the use of research methods for corps plow, where created generatrix is straight, in the process of building an analytical model. Rational parameters of wheels are grounded, that allow minimizing the transverse component traction resistance of disks, taking into account the fact that disk plow can’t constructively have a field board. The proposed method of calculation allows the plow disk layout to minimize the effect of lateral forces; using the wheel as a compensating element instead of a field board is the most justified.
