Abstract. Analyzed algorithms for calculating vibrations of elastic systems based on the theory of viscous friction Kelvin-Voigt and Boltzmann-Volterr theory of heredity in relation to the calculation of vibration isolation systems of mining machines. As a result, it was concluded that the mathematical model using the Boltzmann-Volterr integral relationships based on the more stringent assumptions and takes into account the most accurate viscoelastant property of rubber. Comprehensively discussed tasks related to changes in physical and mechanical properties and rubber structure with long-term operation or storage, i.e. the aging effect. The reasons for and obtained functional dependencies that define measurable stiffness and damping characteristics at the time of the rubber. This dependence supplemented algorithms for calculating vibration isolation systems of mining machines discussed earlier. With the resulting algorithm to calculate the main dynamic characteristics and evaluated the effectiveness of vibration isolation system of mining machine with a known mass and frequency response. Obtained value of vibration isolation system failure was about 60 000 hours (7 years).
