Abstract. Analysis of theoretical research results performed by Kuznetsov B.A, Smirnov V.K, Bondarev V.S., Monastyrsky V.F., Koval A.V., Lisitsa N.I., Demin G. K., showed that values of the coefficients of dynamic interaction of the bulk cargo with different structures of the roller carriage in the loading point and on the linear part of the belt conveyor were contradictory and had a great spread. Due to this fact, it is difficult to choose proper coefficient values for calculation of the conveyor element strength. This problem can be solved by comparing theoretical regularities with experimental researches and choosing refined calculated dynamic coefficients, which are adequate to the real conditions. In this article, results of laboratory and industrial researches of the belt conveyers are shown, objective of which was to specify values for coefficients of dynamic interaction between single lump and stream of the bulk cargo and roller carriages of different designs. Experimental values of dynamic coefficients at interaction with rigid, articulated, spring-loaded and compliant roller carriages were determined and compared with theoretical regularities presented in other works. It is stated that values for the dynamic coefficients should be chosen at the stage of the belt conveyer designing depending on the site of the roller carriage installation and its design.
Keywords: dynamic coefficient, conveyer, rigid, articulated , spring loaded, compliant roller carriages, bulk cargo, interaction, lumps.
