Abstract. The necessity of creation Conception of decline of production risks and increase safety of labour on coal mines is grounded. The leading principle of which may be the risk-oriented certain approach to providing of safe exploitations of dangerous production objects. By the first document including the requirements as evaluated by the risks, it is possible to count a norm «System by control production and labour protection in coal industry of Ukraine. Model statute». Works on the study of different constituents of aerological risk which takes leading seat among the risks of mine production are conducted in IGTM NAS of Ukraine. One of important his aspects is the decline of aerological and ecological risks by utilization part of technogen methane. For estimation and making of facilities on the management the aerological risks may be use the matrix of risks, taking into account, quality and quantitative, intercommunication probability of origin of risks and weight of their consequences taking into account the background and system factors of working off coal layers. For estimation of risk it is suggested to divide aerological emergency factors into 12 classes and complexed them quantitative by adding up of estimations weight of risk. Effective for the practical use there may be the matrix of states of the system «main fans - users», characterizing interrelation of elements of the system with the broken technical and operating indexes. Except for the known criteria estimation of aerological risks the row of new is developed in IGTM NAS of Ukraine, in particular, characterizing possibility decline of the risk of the joint work of main fans, related to their interconnection in composition the ventilation system. It is shown that structure of matrix of risks, its dimension, refinement factors of risk in the normal mode and in case occurring of emergency situation and principles of its use can not be simply regulated, and every compiler must form her, coming own experience and, if necessary, - with bringing in of collective of experts.
