DEVELOPMENT METHODOLOGY OF OPERATIONAL PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT FOR MINING AND HAULAGE IN THE IRON-ORE PIT

UDC 622.271.003.13

Language: Ukrainian

Abstract. The methodology of operational planning and management of the iron-ore pit has been developed, including: geometric modelling of the pit work area, approval of the technological scheme for the development of benches and determination of the excavators moving sequence between certain mining and overburden blocks; predicting the modelling variants of the development of separate blocks sequence; calculation of volume-quality parameters rock mass and normative indicators of technological equipment; the formation of a mathematical model for optimal multi-criteria planning and the application of an appropriate algorithm for its solution; graphical visualization of the formed plan of mining operations; formation of a schedule for the operation of technological equipment. The proposed flexible structure of operational planning based on geo-information modelling makes it possible to reduce the weighted average distance of rock mass haulage in the pit, to increase the overall productivity of the pit by the rock mass and to increase the productivity of the mining equipment.

Keywords: iron-ore quarry, rock mass, operational planning, mining haulage system management.
