Abstract.
Gas is the substantial constituent of charges during conducting of permanent, planned and emergency repairs of main gas pipelines , that кудуфыув to the atmosphere. At repair or prophylactic works on mine pipelines the part of gas arrives in an atmosphere, that results in economic losses and negatively influences on an environment. Measures preventing this negative phenomenon are known in world practice, but in Ukraine they are known and used not enough. The reasons of it are absence of technical or methodical not only, and even normatively-legal base of organization evacuation of natural gas from main pipelines. It is offered new approach to organization of this process and management by his flowing and creation of normative to the document, which will include information in relation to technical, topographical, geoinformation and climatic descriptions of place conducting of works, organizationally-technical measures, composition and description of the mobile compressor stations, preparatory works and actually to pumping over of gas, communication, functional duties and order of co-operation of production staff, requirements of safety during conducting of works, possible emergency situations and failures, their localization and liquidation, guarding of environment. Thus, basic directions of organization of works on evacuation of natural gas from main gas pipelines during conducting of repair and prophylactic works are set. They belong, on the examined stage, to the organizational and normative providing and does not have for an object scientific ground of the offered measures.
Basic principles of organization of works are certain in relation to evacuation of natural gas from main gas pipelines during their building, and also conducting of repair and regulation works.
The resulted organizationally-technical measures expose the question of gas evacuation and, together with the questions of creation of the mobil compressor stations control system, it is needed subsequent scientific ground and normatively-legal providing.
The developed recommendations will be instrumental in efficiency and safety of the indicated works; their perfection for the increase of economic and social efficiency of process of exploitation of main gas pipelines is possible in subsequent.
