CONTROL OF MOVING-IN OF THE DRILLING RINGS BY TRACTIVE VEHICLES FOR HIGHER SAFETY OF THE PROCESS

Abstract:
Mining, construction, and agricultural track units were analyzed. The analysis was used to develop mathematical model for movement of a bulldozer with rigid hitch drilling ring. Assumptions and input parameter variation limits were specified and substantiated. The model is in computer form with digital output of the calculation results.
Basing on the findings, conclusions were made concerning application area of bulldozers on the basis of heavy industrial tractors for the drilling rings moving-in within the open pit.
Using of bulldozers on the basis of the heavy industrial tractors for the drilling rings moving-in was grounded; and measures making the process safer are proposed.
