Abstract.
A model of a local deformation of the rubber lining with the Impact Ball mill loading and abrasive wear of the lining of fatigue. At the heart of local deformation examined the effect of volume compression rubber. Also considered in the ore-loading ball mill, its movement and interaction with rubber lining, as well as its impact on the physical and mechanical properties of rubber.
The experimental data of the temperature distribution of heating the rubber lining adjustment for mill МШЦ 3,5´4,5; the maximum temperature of the lining is in the range 62-67 °C, the fluid temperature at the outlet of the drum is 45-55 °C.
The experimental data obtained hammering balls on lining, pointed to a local increase in temperature of 10...15 °C, which under certain conditions can lead to the rapid destruction of the lining. The process of destruction of the rubber in the context of fractal analysis in the impact loads on the surface of the lining.
