Abstract. On results research of reasons and indexes of production risk during exploitation of plunzher pair in the fuel pumps of high pressure of diesel combustion engines, which are used in different types of transport technique, and methods of indisassemble renewal of their surfaces of friction, a necessity in determination of their stake in the economic-social consequences of emergency situations arising up during exploitation of such combustion engines was set, in particular, at the use of transport vehicles for implementation of works in the superficial complexes of coal mines. It is led to, that at the pre-established diminishment percent of refusals of combustion engines, which makes 8% from the common amount of technical reasons of emergency situations, at introduction of indisassemble renewal of plunzher pair under action of the electromagnetic field in a lubricating environment at work on the refusal during 20000 hours, on 1,78 %, is multiplied the size of the general expected economic effect, in relation to the indexes of 2015, in regard to the direct material maintenances related only to repair of transport vehicles with the insignificant damages, without taking into account traumatic consequences of emergency situations on coal mines.
