CRITERION AND METHOD FOR ESTIMATING PROFESSIONAL FITNESS OF MOBILE MACHINERY OPERATORS TO EXECUTION OF WORKS AT INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract.It is marked that types of production activity of man in any sphere are realized in two variants: collective work with the use of stationary equipment, and individual work on mobile machines. The second variant puts forward additional requirements to individual qualities of man-operator, in particular, to his/her professional fitness to execution of exactly this type of works. Professional fitness depends on many factors; almost all of them exclude effective formalization and analytical description, which require using of methods of expert’s estimation of professional fitness degree with subsequent comparison of experts’ opinions and general quantitative estimation of methods. Method for estimating professional fitness of mobile machine operators, in particular, in mining industry, is proposed, and example of its practical implementation is given.
