The article presents main factors for justifying choice of strategy for mining enterprises development based on the results of modeling of modern decision-support systems with considering multi-criteria nature of the source data, maintaining ecologically-freindly state of the areas adjacent to mineral deposits and improving social aspect. Analysis of projected energy consumption in the countries of the world shows necessity and relevance of solving the problem of increasing energy consumption through adequate supply to the market energy in the form of minerals and in the form of renewable energy. As an example of great number of operational and environmental factors in existing hydraulic systems and the need to improve decision-making systems in real time, replenishment of circulating water supply systems at the mining and metallurgical enterprises of the Krivoy Rog iron ore basin is described. Modeling of decision-making systems with taking into account multi-criteria composition of output data allowed classifying main criteria for choosing optimal variant for mining enterprise development by two types, namely: goals and attributes, in order to improve technologies for processing mineral raw materials. The necessity of using the results of decision-making systems on the basis of both multi-purpose and multi-objective models is shown.Multi-decision making is determined by its characteristics, related to the adoption of an optimal solution for the selected selection options that are typical of several, often contradictory, attributes. The main unique feature embodied in decision-making problems with several attributes is that there usually is a small number of pre-selected alternatives that are associated with the purpose of implementing the attributes. Depending on the attributes, the final decision is taken by the management of the mining enterprise.
Keywords:
