Abstract.
System of against-accident defence of mine in quality of component includes the plan of liquidation of emergencies (PLE), determining measures and actions of personnel and militarized mine-rescue parts on the rescue of people and liquidations of emergence in the earliest possible date. At the receipt of signal about the origin of such emergence miners are included in self-rescuers and followed on routes certain by the proper position of PLE, in safe places or on a surface. Emergency evacuation of miners from a mine in case of occurring of femergency causing gassy vast areas by gaseous products (exogenous fire, explosion of methane and etc) is a difficult process. The Rules of safety regulate in case of its occurring the inclusion of all personnel in self-rescuers and wedging out, maximally passing gas-laden areas. However, in connection with complication of the ventilation system of mine and large extent of the mine workings, such decision is possible not always. The origin of situation is possible, when the term of protective action of self-rescuer outflows on a route, and acceptance of additional measures is needed. It is necessary to organize the point of switching miners in reserve self-rescuers (PPS). If and unenough such measure will appear - workiers must be sent to the stationary point of collective rescue (PKSP), where they can wait rescuers. Thus, in general case on a mine the system of collective rescue of miners, including the use of self-rescuers, PPS and PKSP, must be organized. If the location of the PKSP put into the project of development or reconstruction of mine, the places of the PPS location are tied to the concrete emergency situation. The method of their choice for all variants of origin of emergency is first offered in a mine taking into account man-capacity of emergency and threatened areas and emergency ventilation regime. Realization of him will be instrumental in the increase efficiency of emergency evacuation and safety of labour of miners.
Keywords: exogenous fire, emergency evacuation, self-rescuer, points of switching, points of collective rescue.
